This was our first time using Shear Heaven. At drop off of our Roscoe, we were greeted very friendly. I took pictures to show how we would like him groomed. They listened, asked questions, took pictures of the pictures I showed them and was very interactive and interested in how we wanted Roscoe to look. When I picked him up.......HE WAS PERFECT!!! I was informed that he may have an ear infection (which we were unaware of) and given other details of his visit! The staff was so super friendly! We are so very pleased! Roscoe will definitely be a return customer!! I highly recommend Shear Heaven Pet Spa!!

They were kind enough to take me today on a very short notice. The grooming done on my Corgi made him look brand new. Beautiful work all around and great service, highly recommend!!

Today was Dior’s first appointment at Shear heaven.....the atmosphere was very welcoming to both Dior and I. Dior left there Feeling fantastic and smelling amazing, I highly recommend this place! Dior was evenly shaved, and nails cute beautifully Which is very hard to Accomplished given, she is a wiggle worm. I can tell that they took care of her with genuine empathy.

I have taken my cavapoo to too many places, and they charge so much, and they have left him looking like a crazy dog, but Nyah, who works in this place, was amazing. I loved how she left my cavapoo. He looks great, and i feel like Nyah did an awesome job on him. She has amazing talent. And the price is my second favorite thing. I will continue to come here, especially with this talented young woman.

I've been searching for the perfect groomer for my 3 month old Maltipoo to give my baby the cut I've been looking for, and Shear Heaven's Groomer Nyah was awesome! She was so helpful, explained everything in detail, and took good care of my baby. Thank you, Nyah, and the staff for being so kind.

Tracy did a phenomenal job on my dog! She was also super kind and attentive and I felt above comfortable with leaving my pup with her. Would recommend.

Today was my first time using the dog grooming services and I was pleased! My baby has not itched one bit as he was with the previous groomer! He was very relaxed on the way home and fell asleep in the car! They use quality products and I liked how clean the facility was as well! I will definitely be back to our new groomers soon! I’ve been taking our Nova & Neku to Richard for 4-5 years. Richard is an awesome groomer, a great listener, an awesome dog handler & when we pick up our girls from their groom, Nova & Nek are not stressed & very happy.. Let Richard groom your fur baby! I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!

Took my Yorkie there for the first time this week, my experience was wonderful. The staff is very nice, I could tell they all loved dogs so much. I dropped him off at 8 am and he was ready to be picked up around noon. Nyah Sharpe groomed my dog and she did an awesome job! My dog is pretty fidgety when it’s time to cut around his face. She was very patient with him and took her time, as to not traumatize my pup. I also dont get a typical yorkie cut on him (his hair grows so fast) she did everything I asked and I was really impressed with her skills. I've taken my dog to a handful of groomers through the years and she has hit the mark!! 10/10 I recommend Nyah. The price point at Shear Heaven is also very fair compared to the quality of cut my dog received! PSA: don't forget to tip your groomer!

I have been looking for a groomer for my miniature schnauzer. His previous groomer was no longer available. I chose Shear Heaven and was very pleased with Richards expertise. The way Bishop acted like he had known Richard his whole life. Thank you for being so kind.

This is the only place we trust with our fur baby, and she looks great every time. She is not always a cooperative client, but Richard is patient and soothing with her and now she is doing much better when being groomed and having her nails done. They’re the best groomers!

I found this place online at the last minute and what got me is the reviews, everything was 5 stars so I had to check it out. The first time leaving my baby with someone new was really hard, I cried yes I did but when I got the phone call he was ready I rushed so quickly! The staff was amazingly comforting they knew my concerns and worries and they eased my mind and stress. He looked and smelled amazing. So the second time I dropped off my boy (11/20/21) he was chill and that made me very happy. When I got the phone call he was ready, I headed out. When she pulled him out he looked absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Melissa listen to my comments, my baby's hair is prefect, the length I wanted on him was on point! I love when they listen to us and that they did. My baby loves them, he's doing so well when they groom him etc. Thank you guys for loving my baby and of course everyone else’s when we drop off! Highly recommend, the staff is friendly, sweet, & very kind!
